Kristin Kozuback and Flavio Caron both started their own consulting businesses over 20 years ago.
In the early days, Flavio focused on providing emerging entrepreneurs and new business owners with coaching and consulting services and Kristin focused on providing businesses with marketing and sales workshops that focused on developing 'FUNdamental' skills and sales systems for success.
Their work has evolved as the need to support Indigenous entrepreneurship, economic prosperity and calls for#ReconciliACTION have grown stronger.
Although they work together developing RedWAY Media Inc, they respect and support each other in their own ventures.

in 1998, Flavio was coordinating an award-winning Youth Entrepreneurship Program at the Greater Vancouver Venture Centre (GVVC). Kristin visited the Centre with a Métis entrepreneur who was looking design a new training program to better support urban Aboriginal Youth. Kristin soon joined the GVVC coaching/training team – and Flavio became her mentor.
By 1999, Kristin and Flavio had combined their business skills and contact lists to launch the BC Chapter of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB). A highlight of 'those early days' of creating lasting business relationships included securing project funding from Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) to identify and lead 15 Indigenous Youth from across Canada to participate in the World Summit of Young Entrepreneurs in New York, NY.
In 2015, Kristin Kozuback and Flavio Caron signed a partnership agreement to launch RedWAY Media Inc., with Flavio as the majority stakeholder so that the incorporated company has majority Indigenous ownership.
Our work to turn Reconciliation into #ReconciliACTION often includes:
We work to help individuals and organizations turn the spirit of Reconciliation (recognition of past injustices and respect for Indigenous rights, ways of being and knowing) into actions.
We believe that by working to nurture Indigenous business success, create more inclusive policies and places, and move forward the work of organizations such as the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and United Nations, all of Canada benefits when Indigenous people, communities and economies prosper.
